About me

Adriana is a psychotherapist, movement and visual artist, and educator who values dance and movement for self-development. She holds a bachelor's in physical education & health and a master's in dance and movement psychotherapy.
With over 15 years of experience in education and as a self-taught acrylic painter, she is preparing an exhibition on veganism at the intersection of ethics, body autonomy, and feminism.
Adriana has been performing movement and dance for over 20 years, exploring various techniques and styles in places like Senegal, Barcelona, London, Sydney, and Hong Kong. She has also been studying different body approaches, movement methods, and techniques that focus on anatomical functions, somatics, and improvisation, encouraging personal self-expression and movement analysis through methods like Bartenieff Fundamentals, Authentic Movement, and Laban.

She organizes Ecstatic Dance events & body somatic-based workshops, believing in the transformative power of movement for emotional well-being. Through these practices, she helps individuals explore their traumas and reconnect with themselves, using dance as a therapeutic tool for personal growth.
Currently, she is studying feminine sexuality at the Gestalt Institute of Psychology and plans to pursue a master's in systemic psychology & couples therapy.
